Congressman Canseco visits with elected officials from the City of Von Ormy

Washington DC - Congressman Francisco “Quico” Canseco (TX-23), a member of the House Financial Services Committee and former small business owner, met with elected officials from Von Ormy today at the U.S. Capitol:

 

“As a servant of the people of the 23rd District of Texas, meeting with local elected officials helps me better represent the people who sent me to Congress. Today I had the pleasure of meeting with elected officials from Von Ormy. In our meeting, I got the chance to hear firsthand about the exciting things happening in Von Ormy, particularly about the economic growth and job creation that is taking place. Von Ormy is working hard to attract businesses and create jobs and economic growth. I am working hard in Congress to keep taxes low get rid of unnecessary and costly regulations so that Washington doesn’t get in the way of Von Ormy’s success,” said Congressman Canseco.
