“The historic increase of Hispanic Republicans in the 118th Congress shows that, as the Hispanic population continues to increase in our nation, they want leaders that represent their values and ideals and who will fight against the destructive policies of the Left. I am thrilled to be a part of this powerful group of individuals from diverse districts and backgrounds. As a conference, we are committed to working together to uphold the rule of law, enhance economic opportunities, and promote freedom and democracy at home and abroad,” said Co-Chairman Congressman Diaz-Balart during the press conference.

“The Hispanic Conference is an energy. It is this new breath. In the 118th Congress, 5 members is 100 so to have 18 of us [Hispanic-Republicans] up here is special. We are a diverse group. We have diverse philosophies and diverse backgrounds. These are the people that won us the majority, and these are the people who will keep us in the majority,” said Co-Chairman Congressman Gonzales during the press conference.
